Description

RECOVERY - This is a pre-solicitation notice for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision for the replacement of the existing sewage lift station at the Knife River Indian Villages NHS (KNRI) Visitor Center. The existing lift station facilities will be abandoned and a new submersible pump wet well lift station and valve vault will be constructed. This competitive acquisition is full and open competition. The NAICS code is 237110. The estimated price range for this project is between $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. Contractors are urged to visit the site for a complete understanding of existing work conditions and a Site Visit Conference will be held. The point of contact for this solicitation is Kadra Martz, Email address is kadra_martz@nps.gov. Award shall be made to the responsive responsible bidder with the lowest price.
