Description
The Clinical Center, NIH requires service support on 323 hospital grade televisions, television arms, and all components and parts that interface with the Executone Nurse Call System, Dell computers, DVD players and Hill-Rom Advanta beds. Contractor must be able to repair and/or replace 323 hospital grade televisions; which includes 300, 15” LCD televisions (Model # ZLD15A1B) and 23 of the 23” LCD televisions (Model L23W36). Contractor must be able to repair and/or replace 323 PDI suspension arms (Model PDI-403-EON-A-VGA). Contractor must be able to supply all components and parts for televisions that interface with the Executone Nurse Call system, Dell computers and Hill-Rom Advanta beds. Contractor will be responsible for all repairs and will provide all replacement parts as required for each service. The contractor will provide routine service Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Routine service calls will require a two hour telephone response time and 48 hour on-site response time. Contractor must provide a cost per hour for all repairs, (not including parts). Pick up and delivery of the televisions should be included in contractor’s charges. Contractor must provide cost for “Emergency calls” and hourly rate for travel. The Contractor will be notified by an authorized Biomedical Engineering staff member of the required service. The Contractor must check in with the Biomedical engineering section before any work is started and after completion. The Contractor must be headquartered or have service locations within the Washington Metropolitan Area. Also the Contractor must have a valid driver’s license and will be required to pass a security background check whenever entering the NIH facility. No telephone calls please.
