Description

Solicitation Package 100-6-10 contains all instructions, forms and references needed to formulate an offer for this solicitation. Route #- 10546 Termini- Westchester P&DC, NY to Pearl River, NY Response Deadline- 12/03/2009 @ 15:00 ET Contract Term- 01/23/2010 through 03/31/2013 This is a four year, regular, renewable, fixed price contract to provide service in accordance with Terms & Conditions Issue 8, 2/27/09 and Statement of Work 100-6-10. Prospective offerors will need to take into account all instructions and references in solicitation package 100-6-10 in order to formulate an offer. Offerors will need to open and print the attachment labeled "FORMS THAT MUST BE COMPLETED & RETURNED".
