- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W911S2-06-D-0005-0044, CHUGACH INDUSTRIES INCORPORATED The Directorate of Contracting will extend the project completion date for the replacement of the railroad crossing on Lewis Avenue, Fort Drum, New York, from September 1, 2009, to November 15, 2009. The delay is considered excusable under the authority of FAR Clause 52.249-10(1)(ii). All other terms and conditions of said contract remain unchanged. The project was funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers.
