Description
RECOVERY -- PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE MATOC CONTRACTORS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBERS: Advanced Technology Construction, Contract Number W912DW-07-D-1014 / Bristol Construction Services, Contract Number W912DW-07-D-1015 / Centennial Contractors Enterprises, Inc., Contract Number W912DW-07-D-1016 / P&L General Contractors, Inc., Contract Number W912DW-07-D-1017 / Wade Perrow Construction, LLC, Contract Number W912DW-07-D-1018. Program Name: Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Multi-Disciplinary Maintenance, Repair, Construction and Design-Build Work for Fort Lewis Public Works, its Sub-Installations and Other Customers Supported by the Seattle District Corps of Engineers Title: RECOVERY--PROJECT NUMBER 38686, Repair/Upgrade Fire Suppression Systems Warehouse 9640 This is an order under an existing Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) that was awarded using competitive procedures. The awarded MATOC Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to Repair/Upgrade Fire Suppression Systems Warehouse 9640 on Fort Lewis, Washington. Project consists of replacement of existing fire suppression system including installation of fire pump with enclosure, with options for modification of the existing fire alarm system and installation of a mass notification system, installation of path of egress lighting / emergency lighting with inverters, and repair of occupancy separations. Removal of existing suppression system may involve contact with hazardous materials. Project will include site utilities, landscaping, and miscellaneous site development work. Other trades include concrete foundation, rough and finish carpentry, plumbing related to installation of fire suppression systems and installation of fire suppressions components, installation of fire alarm and mass notification devices, and electrical wiring and lighting fixtures. This work will take place at Building 9640 at Fort Lewis, Washington. Magnitude of Construction for this project is between $1M - $5M and the completion period is estimated at 240 calendar days.
