- COMMON USE ITEM COMPREHENSIVE INVENTORY MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL INTEGRATION SERVICE Project Background: 76 Maintenance Wing is comprised of 5major groups housed within approximately 40 different buildings located at Tinker AFB OK. The groups perform a variety of aircraft related maintenance and support work. All of the groups require non aircraft related items and personal protective equipment (from a common use item list of approximately 6500 items) that are common for daily support activities throughout the Wing. Storage Devices. At the present time there are 8 non automated storage cabinets, and 95 automated storage cabinets. Manual Stock System - Re-stock. Inventory and re-stock bins to achieve and maintain zero stock outages upon contract award and throughout the period of performance. Automated Stock System - Utilize automated Point of Use (POU) Equipment and the automated POU database. Re-stock. Re-stock automated storage containers upon receipt of automated notification to maintain zero stock outages.
