Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number F6THCC9306A001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25. The requirement is for: Combination Shower/Restroom Trailer 0001-AA 8 month rental of a 25 Ft. Executive restroom/shower trailer. Womens side Two private stalls with flush toilets and a shower and sink with dressing area. Mens side Private stall with flush toilet/urinal and a shower and a sink with dressing area. Shower/restroom trailer needs to have a minimum of a 1000 gallon holding tank. 0002-AA Delivery and pickup of 25 ft. executive trailer (one time) 0003-AA Pumping and servicing of trailer weekly/bi-weekly as necessary for the duration of rental. 0004-AA Propane tank refills as necessary for the duration of rental. ALL ABOVE NOTED ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AS OR EQUAL Delivery requirement: 5 days ARO, FOB Destination to McChord AFB, WA.. Exact address will be provided upon award.
