Description
This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial supplies and services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. However, Request for Quotation (RFQ) R10PS30003 will be issued simultaneously with this announcement to facilitate receipt of electronic quotes. The RFQ will be issued via www.fedbizopps.gov. This RFQ is issued under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), and is 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code is 562991, Septic Tank and Related Services, and the size standard is $7 million. The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, has a requirement for Portable Toilet Rental and service for six handicap toilets. Service of toilets shall include pumping out of holding tanks, cleaning/disinfecting each toilet, and maintaining a supply of toilet paper in each toilet. Two of the portable toilets shall be serviced three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday mornings, prior to 9:00 a.m.), December, 2009-September, 2010. Four of the handicapped toilets shall be serviced December 1, 2009 through April 30, 2010, three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday mornings, prior to 9:00 a.m.), and May 1, 2010 through September 30, 2010, serviced on a daily bases, prior to 9:00 a.m. Service also includes dispose of gray water collected in two trailer mounted holding tanks owned by the Government. Tank hold approximately 100 gallons of water collected from sinks inside each trailer. Tanks are to be emptied once a month. Gray water shall be collected and transported to a suitable dump site for disposal.. The RFQ contains the following: a description with quantities, and all applicable clauses and provisions.
