Description

This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source award to Gregg Engineering Services, Inc. 403 Julie Rivers Drive Sugarland, TX 77487. This proposed contract action is for software and maintenance for Win/Flow Tran Gas Pipeline Simulations Package software, to support the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. This acquisition will be made under Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition. In accordance with FAR 6-301-1, unique supplies or services available from only one source. The Government intends to award a contract with a period of performance of November 1, 2009 thru October 31, 2010 with 3 option years. Greg Engineering Services, Inc. is the sole source for software and licensing of WindFlow Win Tran and Gas Simulation in the United States. There are no resellers of this software. On going maintenance, license renewal and support of these products are only available through Gregg Engineering Services, Inc. The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 511210, for Software Publishers.
