- This is a posting for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FM442792860790, FM442792860792, and FM442792860796. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-37, effective 14 Oct 2009, DCN 20091019, and AFAC 2009-1030. This acquistion will be solicited as unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339112. The business size standard is 500 employees.The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6515. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3841. Requirement Description: Holter System Upgrade CLIN 0001: 4 to 5 lead Holter system with 3 channel ECG recording with automatic pace maker detection, able to record 96 hours, compatible with the AGFA heart lab system, 1 each CLIN 0002: 4 to 5 lead Holter system with 3 channel ECG recording with automatic pace maker detection, able to record 48 hours, compatible with the AGFA heart lab system, 7 each CLIN 0003: Zymed Holter Software 2010 Plus w/HL7 Export, 1 each Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
