Description

The requirement is to extend the current contract for an additional 6 months (1 Jan 2010 - 30 June 2010) and include a 3 month option (1 July 2010 - 30 September 2010). This is a sole source requirement for Contractor Logistics Supports (CLS) for continued sustainment of MCARS which includes Contractor-Inventory Control Point (C-ICP); pod and pylon storage, material management, and depot level repair of the MC-130H/W Air Refueling System (MCARS). The approved source is The Boeing Company (022T1). Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Approximate issue date of soliciation is November 23 2009.
