- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify firms capable of providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required for the repair of HVAC Improvements at USCG Station Manasquan Inlet, Point Pleasant, NJ. The work includes but is not limited to: Demolition and removal of the existing chiller, seven fan coil units, hydronic pump, terminated piping and electrical equipment. Cut out masonary as necessary. Provide and install seven (PTACs) with hot water hydronic coils. Provide and install one (PTHP) with supplemental electric heat. Provide and install a new hot water hydronic pump. Provide and install electrical power to the new (PTACs) & (PTHP) and re-configure the building’s DDC controls. Demo and removal of the chilled water coils in the two air handling units. Provide and install new larger chilled water coils and two larger hydronic pumps. Provide and install an additional absorption chiller as a unitary system with the existing batter of chillers. Provide and install electrical power to the new chiller, re-work the chilled water pump starters, re-configure the chillers’ DDC controls and re-configure the building DDC controls for the boilers, chiller DDC interface, pumps, and chilled water AHUs. Provide temp heating and/or cooling for duration of project. The NAICS for this project is 238220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $14.0M. The Prime Contractor shall perform, at a minimum, 25% of the labor at the job site with employees from its own workforce. Vendors interested in performing this requirement are invited to provide the following information to USCG CEU Cleveland no later than 11/16/09.
