Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN SEATAC / DES MOINES, WA STAR #: 8WA2118 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 1,563 rentable square feet in SeaTac or Des Moines, WA. The space should yield 1,359 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require one (1) surfaced parking space. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: South 176th Street South: Kent Des Moines Road East: 38th Avenue South West: 1st Avenue South The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, ten (10) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August 14, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. GSA is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In determining whether relocation will be economically advantageous to the Government, the GSA will consider cost factors including, but not limited to, the total cost of the physical move including telecommunications equipment, LAN systems, office furniture (conventional and system furniture workstations) and telephone systems. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
