Description

The Government intends to procure 2 Each SM8200 MULTI IN - SITU GAS ANALYZERS MFG: TELEDYNE MONITOR LABS, SYSTEM, INCLUDING: TRANSCEIVER WITH BUILT IN KEYPAD AND DISPLAY, TEMPERATURE STABILIZED, CONTAINS THE OPTICAL SYSTEM PROVIDING SECOND DERIVATIVE MEASUREMENT VALUES TO COMPUTE SO2 AND NO VALUES. IN SITU PROBE ASSEMBLY, INCLUDING SS PROBE WITH RTD GAS TEMPERATURE SENSOR AND MEASUREMENT CAVITY. ANALYZER ELECTRONICS BOX MOUNTED BENEATH TRANSCEIVER, PROVIDES MEASUREMENT INFORMATION TO THE CONTROLLER OVER ELECTRONICALLY ISOLATED NETWORK DATA LINK. ENHANCED REMOTE PANEL TYPICALLY MOUNTED IN CONTROL ROOM WITH KEYPAD AND DISPLAY FOR FAULT MONITORING, EMISSION ALARMS, MEASUREMENT ACCESS AND AUTOMATIC OR TIMED CALIBRATIONS. INCLUDES MULTI I/O BOARD AND ETHERNET MODULE. INCLUDES FOUR ANALOG OUTPUTS, EIGHT DIGITAL INPUTS, AND EIGHT RELAY OUTPUTS. WEATHER COVER - RIGID FIBERGLASS COVER AND MOUNTING PLATE FOR TRANSCEIVER AND AEB. The Gas Analyzers are to be used on the proprietary System designed and provided by TELEDYNE MONITOR LABS. This procurement will utilize Other Than Full and Open competitive procedures under FAR part 13. The manufacturer is TELEDYNE MONITOR LABS. This office will no longer issue a hard copy of the Request For Quote (RFQ); therefore, a copy can be obtained from website https://www.neco.navy.mil. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this RFQ, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make a contractor ineligible for award. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at https://www.bpn.gov. Numbered Note 22 applies.
