THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER VISN 23 A/E CONTRACTS.Recovery Act Project Cooling Needs for Communication Closets - Phase I A/E Services PSC: C211 Project 618-10-155-01 This notice is for informational purposes only. The Government anticipates entering into negotiations for a Task Order, with Dunham Associates, 50 South Sixth St, Suite 1100, Minneapolis, MN 55402 under contract V618P/BOA-4164a for the architect-engineering services for this project. Project Description: A-E shall investigate the existing heat loads in the communication closets at the VA Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN and provide a solution or solutions for the addition of air conditioning to/in the closets. A/E to provide a written report with recommendations. A/E to provide a cost estimate to install the air conditioning to/in a closet. The estimate should cover the cost to install air conditioning to one closet. There are two typical types of closets and an estimate will be required for each type of closet. NAICS code 541310 applies to this procurement. A/E opportunities are available only to contractors under the VISN 23 A/E Contracts - V618P/BOA-4161a; V618P/BOA-4162a; V618P/BOA-4163a; V618P/BOA-4164a; V618P/BOA-4165a; V618P/BOA-4166a; V618P/BOA-4167a; and V618P/BOA-4168a.
