The only approved source for this item is General Electric, CAGE 99207. Manufacturers other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) package. Visit http://www.dscr.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc for details on how to submit a SAR package. This procurement will result in a firm fixed price contract. This item is a critical application item with configuration control. Required delivery is 200 days after award date. FOB is origin; inspection and acceptance is origin. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation opening date is 11/24/09, the close date is 12/30/09.
