- RFP # W912P7-10-P-0001 This acquisition is proceeding as a 100% Small Business Set Aside - Request for Proposal. All Small Business responsible sources may submit a proposal / quotation. This procurement will be conducted under NAICS Code: 562991 SIC Code: 7699 Estimated Cost Range is between $50,000 and $100,000. JOB DESCRIPTION: The work will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to pump out sewage holding tanks, portable toilets, and treatment structures and related work at Lake Mendocino. Sewage pumping and drain cleaning services at specified areas around the lake. A site visit is scheduled for 10 AM on 12 November 2009. The Point of Contact is Mr. Brian Emmons at (707) 467-4236. Viewing/downloading documents from FedBizOpps will require prior registration in the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov). If you are a first-time FedBizOpps user, you will also be required to register in FedBizOpps ( www.fbo.gov ) before accessing the documents. In order for our contract award / order to be properly issued to your company, it must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Click on it and then follow the instructions provided. FOUR key items will be required before beginning the registration process: 1. Statistical Information about your business; and 4. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Information for payment of invoices. Specific details to the above four items are further explained at the web site indicated. After this critical requirement is completed, the contract award / order may be issued to your company.
