Description
Detection Kit details Contractors must bid on all items listed in the attachement. No partial awards will be made. Contractors must bid brand name or equal. Any quote that contains anything other than the brand model numbers described in the attachment must provide all specifications for technical evaluation. Award will be made using FAR 15.101-2 Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Procedures. The Government will evaluate the lowest priced offer for technical acceptability and make award if found to be technically acceptable. If the lowest priced proposal is found to be unacceptable, the next lowest priced offer will be reviewed until one is found to be technically acceptable. To be found technically acceptable the offer must meet or exceed all of the specifications listed in the attachment (to include delivery to Bagram AB in 30 days or less after the date of award). Contractor is responsible for delivery cost for delivery to Bagram AB in Afghanistan. Please include a delivery schedule in your proposal. Items must be delivered to Bagram AB NLT 30 days after contract award. Items must be brand new, no remanufactured items accepted. Bid MUST be good for 60 calendar days after submission. Agencies must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) ( www.ccr.gov ). The following DFARS clauses will be added to the contract at time of award: 252.212-7001 (Jan 2009) (b)(1), (10) and (21); 252.203-7000; 252.203-7002; 252.209-7004; 252.211-7003; 252.225-7005; 252.225-7020; 252.232-7003; 252.232-7008; 252.232-7010; and 252.233-7001.
