THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE USEPA CONTRACTOR UNDER CONTRACT EP-W-07-104. REQUESTS AND/OR INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ADDRESSED. IT IS THE INTENT OF THE USEPA TO APPROVE A WORK ASSIGNMENT UNDER AN EXISTING CONTRACT. The purpose of this Work Assignment Amendment is to obligate a total of $119,683 for the Former Skelly Gas Station Project. This work will require the contractor support to perform a Tier 2 Assessment and Corrective Action measure to assist EPA in mitigating the unacceptable risks to human health and the environment identified during the Tier 1 investigation. The location of the work is on the Winnebago Reservation in Winnebago, Nebraska. The period of performance of this work is from September 3, 2009 to September 28, 2011.
