Description

J- Provide services of support for Scriptpro equipment (maintenance) located at VAMC Mountain Home, TN. Period of service is 10/1/09 through 9/30/2010.Service to include full support to include upgrades on the Scriptpro system that includes computer server, SP Central Expanded Server, robotics cabinets SP 200 robots, one SP 100 robot and collating control centers associated with each robotic cabinet and associated devices to complete dispensing of medications to veterans (ten SP stations, three SP checkpoints, one notice board and three electronic signature devices. The nature of the system is a combination of mechanical apparatus, computers and software. The sytem requires intervention, repair and maintenance from time to time by vendor. This request is a sources sought. Provide response by November 20, 2009 of ability to provide this service with capabilities documentation such as ability to provide software updates and experience with this type of service.
