RECOVERY-THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, P.L. 111-5 and Federal Acquisition Regulation, Subpart 5.704, the Clinical Center posts this Notice of intent to modify Contract HHSN276200700230U with Lockheed Martin to have them provide IV& V review services in support of the Outpatient Pharmacy System project for the Clinical Center.
