Description
The Army Contracting Command Joint Munitions and Lethality Life CycleManagement Command, on behalf of the ARMY ARDEC Energetic Materials AnalysisBranch of the Energetics Producibility and Manufacturing Technology Division,Picatinny Arsenal, NJ is conducting a Market Survey to identify potentialsources that have the capability to provide a one year service contract on the following analytical equipment: Waters 2690/2695 SystemsWaters 996 PDA Detectors Waters 717 AutosamplersWaters Empower SoftwareWaters 2487 UV DetectorsWaters 2695 SystemWaters Pump Control MODWaters 2996 PDA DetectorsWaters Vacuum DegasserWaters Solvent MGR Waters Sample MGR The service shall be such that the instruments are kept performing in accordance within manufacturers stated operating specifications. The service contract shall include the following: Priority service on-site responseOne preventative maintenance visit during contract termPriority telephone support available during Picatinny Arsenals normal business hours from 8:00-5:00.Software telephone technical support available during normal business hoursUse of genuine Waters Factory parts Labor and travel as required to service the equipmentInstallation of software maintenance updates, feature releases, and performance upgrades including new software versions. The equipment is located in b3028 and b3029 at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. Interested firms who feel that they are capable of addressing all of the above requirements are invited to indicate their interest by submitting a description of their services along with other available information (i.e. brochures) that describe their current capability within the time period specified in this notice. Interested firms shall provide the company name,address, point of contact(s), with their telephone number, email address and size of business (small/large). Submittals and questions should be sent electronically to the US Army Contracting Command, Joint Munitions & Lethality Contracting Center no later than December 2, 2009. The government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey.
