Description

Surveillance Detection Training SOLICITATION NO. HHM402-10-R-0007 AND ALL AMENDMENTS WILL NOT BE MAILED TO OFFERORS. The solicitation and all amendments will be posted via the FedBizOps.gov website at: http//www.fedbizops.gov. The Defense Intelligence Agency intends to award a firm fixed price contract for practical work and instruction in surveillance detection training. The major objective is to provide practical work and instruction in Anti-terrorism/Counter Surveillance measures and techniques, specifically in surveillance detection for Attaché staff students and their spouses; conduct scheduled surveillance activities and evaluate student performance; provide timely, thorough feedback to all students; and provide exercise support. The requirement will be for a base period of one year and four one year option periods. The Government will accept hardcopy proposal at the address listed in the solicitation. All offerors seeking an award must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database.
