THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE USEPA CONTRACTOR UNDER CONTRACT EP-W-07-104. REQUESTS AND/OR INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ADDRESSED. IT IS THE INTENT OF THE USEPA TO APPROVE A WORK ASSIGNMENT UNDER THIS EXISTING CONTRACT. The purpose of this Work Assignment Amendment is to obligate a total of $22,116 for the Boivin LUST Site. This work will require contractor support to collect and review existing Site LUST data and evaluate Site Assessment/Characterization Data. The location of the work is on the Menominee Tribe of Wisconsin in Neopit, Wisconsin. The period of performance of this work is from September 10, 2009 to September 28, 2011.
