Description
RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Fort Sill Task Order Contract (TOC). an existing 8(a) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. This is a notice of the Governments intent to competitively award a Firm-Fixed Price Task Order against four (4) existing IDIQ contracts for maintenance repair, and minor new construction services on Fort Sill, Oklahoma which was previously competed in accordance with FAR Part 15, with the 8(A) set-a-side and reserved for Oklahoma 8(A) firms. Please note that only the contractors listed below who have been awarded a Task Order Contract from Directorate of Contracting, Fort Sill, Oklahoma are eligible to prepare and submit a proposal for this intent notice. W9124L-05-D-0002- White Hawk/Todd, A Joint Venture W9124L-05-D-0003-Weaver/Downey Contracting, A Joint Venture W9124L-05-D-0004- He and I Construction, Inc. W9124L-05-D-0005- Ten Bears Construction PROJECT INFORMATION: The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment and materials, required to provide new storm windows (like or kind matching existing) at each existing window. All basement windows are excluded from the scope. When security grilles are encountered, each security grill shall be removed, stored and reinstalled upon completion of the new storm window installation. Re-installation of the existing security grille shall provide the same level of security as prior to removal. All work shall be in accordance with the scope of work, supplemental information and specifications set forth herein for TOC 09-051. The foregoing outline of principal features does not in any way limit the responsibilities of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all materials required by the drawings, and specifications and to perform other work items which may be required or associated with this type of work.
