- The Fleet Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to acquire fully prepared meals to the U.S. Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM) Joint Force Trainer Directorate/J7 in Norfolk, Virginia. The contractor shall provide fully prepared food, all necessary preparation and serving personnel, supervision, and all other items and services necessary to perform complete food service duties defined in this Performance Based Statement of Work (PBSW). There are eight events that will be supported: four (4) Capstone, two (2) Keystone, and two (2) Pinnacle. There are a total of 55 people expected to attend each Capstone, 50 people expected to attend each Keystone, and 30 people expected to attend each Pinnacle. FISC's intent is to process this procurement as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Period of Performance is from 27 January 2010 through 2 October 2010.
