Description

The US Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement for a contractor to disassemble the East Landing Stiff-Legged Derrick at Farallon Island National Wildlife Refuge off the coast of California near San Francisco Bay. METHOD OF AWARD: THE GOVERNMENT CONTEMPLATES AWARD OF A FIRM FIXED-PRICE SERVICE CONTRACT Award will be made on a competitive basis as a "best value" award in accordance with Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) 13.106-3 to a responsible business responding to this solicitation. The criteria for award shall be stated in the solicitation. Work under this contract will be performed in Alameda or San Mateo County, Service Contract Act wages apply. OBTAINING SOLICITATION MATERIALS: Solicitation material consisting of the Request for Quote (RFQ) details and specifications may be accessed a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition System-Electronic Commerce at www.fbo.gov or www.nbc.gov. No telephone requests will be accepted. For assistance in downloading information from the National Business Center, contact the helpdesk at (703) 390-6707. Interested vendors must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov/ and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) www.bpn.gov.
