- Amendment # 1 with revised SOW This acquisition shall be 100% Small Business Set Aside. All Small Business responsible sources may submit a proposal. This procurement will be conducted under NAICS Code: 238130 and SIC Code: 1751. Estimated Cost Range is between $100,000 and $200,000. The beam, situated within the southeast entrance area, serves as a support member for the building's upper (2 nd ) floor. The upper floor houses an interpretive center open for public education, while the lower floor is where Fish and Game personnel conduct fish rearing activities for the endangered Steelhead Trout and Coho Salmon. Directly below the worksite are a series of fish rearing tanks, which will need to be protected during work activity. A damage assessment by the government found significant water damage (rot) to the glu-lam beam as well as flooring (plywood sheeting) and floor joists. Due to the unique working conditions present, it is strongly recommended that the contractor conduct a site visit before submitting any bid proposals. All RFPs shall be due no later than 1:00 pm PDT on 27 November 2009.
