- AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROJECT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO Chugach Industries of Anchorage, AK under the USFWS Region 1 Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Delivery (IDIQ) contract 101815D912. This is not a solicitation.
