- END ITEM APPLICATION: 05A - HELICOPTER, CHINOOK, CH-47. PR No: 0024160841. This solicitation will contain one NSN – 5342-01-141-0387 for a Mount Resilient Weapon. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Quantity contract for a quantity of 7,334 each. This procurement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Delivery: 302 days ARO. This is a Source Control drawing to The Boeing Company DBA Boeing Helicopter, CAGE: 77272, DWG 234DS301, REV C P/N 234DS301-2. The approved source is Lord Corporation, CAGE: 76005, P/N J-17043-4. Shelf Life Applies: Type 1; 120 months (Non-Extendable) This is a Critical Item Application. Quantity variance is zero. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about 3 December 2009. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror’s product is equal to the product cited in the AID.
