Description

RECOVERY - This project is funded in whole by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Black River Harbor Maintenance Contract to dredge by mechanical means up to 2,000 cubic yards (CY) of material within Black River Harbor. Materials removed to be placed in a designated Army Corp of Engineers (ACOR) disposal site along Lake Superior shoreline for beach nourishment. The purpose of this project is to maintain a safe sufficient water depth for use by the boating public. PROJECT LOCATION: The project is located Michigan in Gogebic County. ESTIMATE COST RANGE: Between $25,000 and $100,000. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Total Small Business. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS, and DRAWINGS: The solicitation, AG-4419-S-10-0202 will be issued via FedBizOpps, as an RFP and will be available for downloading on or about 12/2/09 at the website address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ All vendors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of a contract, http://www.ccr.gov/
