Description

RECOVERY: PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR PALISADES RENOVATION LOCATED IN MADISON COUNTY, MONTANA. THIS PROJECT IS FUNDED FROM THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) (RECOVERY ACT) OF 2009. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue a Information for Bids (IFB) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract to renovate an existing day use area, boat ramp and campground. Work includes site grading, excavating, backfilling and compacting, pipe plowing, installing concrete toilets, pump house, slabs and pin downs, hydrants, plumbing and electrical, picnic tables and fire rings, spreading top soil, seeding and pavement works. The work is located in Madison County, Montana. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237990, with a standard size of $33.5M. The cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The anticipated period of performance is 115 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. This acquisition will be advertised on a restricted basis as 100% HUBZone Set-aside.
