- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F3HSE19303A002 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-37. This requirement is being set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable NAICS Code is 532112; the NAICS size standard is $25.5M. The government intends to issue a purchase order for (CLIN 0001) Lease one 2010 GMC Terrain SLT-1, AWD, 4 Door, 3.0L V6 engine, Rear Lift Power Gate, Cargo Package, remote start and all other standard features for the SLT-1 package. Exterior Color: Onyx Black, Interior Color: Jet Black Perforated Leather. Cost must include: GM Smart Care program, insurance, taxes and licenses. (CLIN 1001) Second year option to be included. Delivery location: Plaza Pontiac Buick GMC, 11911 I St, Omaha, NE 68137, (402) 593-4000. Period of Performance: Base period, 1 April 2010 - 31 March 2011; Option period 1, 1 April 2011 - 31 March 2012. Evaluation will be based on price and ability to meet requirements. The provision at FAR 52.212-3 Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. The offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their quote.
