- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood the FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Vendors shall warrant that the products they supply are genuine Cisco new Equipment in their original box, purchased either from Cisco or from an authorized Cisco Reseller. Purchase sources must be verified and equipment serial number must be provided to verify authenticity. No secondary market or third party offers will be accepted. Quotes based upon FOB destination, complete with delivery dates, warranty information and be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). These items will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13). The closing date will be 24 November 2009 at noon; the anticipated award date is 30 November 2009. THE GOVERNEMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR THIS SOLICITATION AS A RESULT OF THIS NOTICE.
