Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN Acquisition Service Center, 1639 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 400, Murfreesboro, TN, 37129 intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Edwards Lifesciences, LLC, One Edwards Way, Irvine, CA 92614 for a consignment agreement to purchase Pericardial Aortic and Mitral Heart Valves for implanting purposes. These items are utilized by the surgical team for procedures. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(1). All FAR provisions and clauses may be reviewed and/or obtained from the General Service Internet address: http//www.arnet.gov/far. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses received, will be made entirely at the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please submit information to Linda R.
