- RECOVERY – This notice is provided for ‘INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY,” under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). This opportunity is available only to those contractors who are holders of a General Services Administration, Federal Supply Schedule, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), established using competitive procedures under RFQ GS10F-09-LP-Q-0001, Special Item Number (SIN) 871-7. This service is in support of Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Patrol. The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Land Port of Entry Special Programs Division, Denver, Colorado will compete a Firm-fixed price Task Order for construction management services between all interested competitors who currently hold BPA’s in Zone C under the large project lot designation PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Land Port of Entry (LPOE) Modernization Program. Construction Management/Project Management at Antler, North Dakota.
