Description

RFQ VA-786-10-RA-0026 RECOVERY PROJ 23-4-2- REPLACE EXISTING T12 LIGHTING AT ADMIN/MAINTENANCE BUILDING WOOD NATIONAL CEMETERY, MILWAUKEE, WI The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting quotes under Solicitation No. RFQ VA-786-10-RA-0026 for the following: The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, transportation, materials, and reports necessary to remove and properly dispose of the existing T12 light fixtures and tubes and replace with new T8 light fixtures with new lamp tubes to be located at the Administration/Maintenance Building at Wood National Cemetery, Milwaukee, WI located at 5000 West National Ave., Bldg. 1301, Milwaukee, WI 53295-4000. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawing, terms and conditions of the contract. Project must be completed within 60 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238210. Size standard is $14.0 million. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email and addressed to Charisse James, Contract Specialist in writing at charisse.james@va.gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about December 1, 2009. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m. E.S.T., December 17, 2009. No facsimile quotes will be accepted. Electronic quotes will be accepted provided all documents required by the solicitation are received with the bidder's electronic signature by 2:00 p.m. E.S.T., December 17, 2009 at charisse.james@va.gov. Please reference Solicitation Number RFQ VA-786-10-RA-0026 on all remittances and electronic correspondences. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Bidders are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation, which are available at http://www.FedBizOpps.gov. See Numbered Note 1.
