- Contractor shall furnish all labor, management, tools, equipment, vehicles, fuel, materials and supplies as well as perform all work necessary to install 20 concrete campsites at Tailwater West Recreation Area. Campsite layout, exact location, and size of all pads will be determined by the Government. The project scope of work includes: site grading for proper drainage; leveling site by adding fill material and/or removing material; compacting subgrade and aggregate base; delineating and constructing PCC campsites. PLACES OF PERFORMANCE Coralville, Iowa 52240-7820 COMPLETION: NLT April 1, 2010. The estimated price range of the project is $100,000 to 250,000. The NAICS Code for this project is 237990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $33.5 Million. The solicitation documents will be posted to www.fbo.gov on or about December 8, 2009.
