Description

Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a SOLE SOURCE order under the existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-08-G-0010 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), P.O. Box 9729 Stratford, CT 06615-9129 on an other than full and open competitive basis in accordance with FAR 6.302. SAC is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the H-60 air vehicle. The anticipated order is to provide Sustaining Engineering and Logistics Support encompassing technical and related logistics for the H-60 aircraft. The scope includes the non-recurring efforts to update production drawings, Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and ILS elements. As such, SAC is the only source with the technical data and experience necessary to perform this effort in a timely and effective manner.
