Description
W912BV-10-R-1006 RECOVERY--AND PROJECT NUMBER 6000, REMOVE TREES FROM WYANDOTTE LEVEE, FORT GIBSON LAKE, OKLAHOMA. RECOVERY -- THIS SOLICITATION IS UNRESTRICTED. ONE OR MORE OF THE ITEMS UNDER THIS ACQUISITION IS SUBJECT TO THE WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT AGREEMENT AND FREE TRADE AGREEMENTS. WORK WILL INCLUDE BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO REPAIR/RECONSTRUCTION OF CORRUGATED METAL PIPE (CMP) DRAINAGE CONDUITS IN DIKES 8, 9, 10, AND 11 AND THE OKLAHOMA ORDINANCE WORKS (OOW) LEVEE OF THE FORT GIBSON DAM AND RESERVOIR PROJECT. REMOVAL, SANDBLASTING, PAINTING, AND REINSTALLING OF FLAP GATES, SLUICE GATES, SLUICE GATE STEM GUIDES, AND SLUICE GATE FRAME GUIDES; REPLACEMENT IN-KIND OF SIX SLUICE GATE STEMS AND THE REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF A STEEL HOUSING STRUCTURE; REPAIR OF CONCRETE IN THE BOTTOM OF THE SLUICE GATE CONTROL STRUCTURE; REMOVAL OF TREES AND WOODY GROWTH BY CLEARING AND GRUBBING AT DIKES 3, 8, 9, 10, AND 11 AND THE OOW LEVEE; EARTHWORK CONSTRUCTION ON THE LANDSIDE AND LAKESIDE OF DIKES 3 AND 9 AND THE OOW LEVEE TO FLATTEN SLOPES TO 3H:1V. SERVICES AT HARTFORD LEVEE REQUIRE CONSTRUCTION OF AN ADDITION TO THE EXISTING INVERTED FILTER IN THE PONDING AREA FOR INTERIOR DRAINAGE OF LEVEE. HARTFORD, KANSAS, IS LOCATED AT THE UPPER END OF JOHN REDMOND LAKE. WORK WILL INVOLVE EXCAVATION, PLACEMENT OF A SAND FILTER, PLACEMENT OF A GRAVEL FILTER, AND PLACEMENT OF A ROCK FILTER. SERVICES FOR WYANDOTTE LEVEE INCLUDE REMOVE TREES AND OTHER WOODY VEGETATION BY CLEARING AND GRUBBING FROM THE TOE OF THE LEVEE, PLACE RIPRAP ON A PORTION OF THE LEVEE SLOPE, AND GRADE A DITCH BELOW THE PUMP STATION TO PROVIDE GRAVITY WATER FLOW. INFORMATION REGARD A SITE VISIT WILL BE PROVIDED WITH THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT. THE ESTIMATED COST RANGE FOR THIS PROJECT IS $1,000,000 - $5,000,000.
