Description
Copy To Submit Solicitation THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA) PROCUREMENT. The Economic Recovery Operations Center located in Sandy Oregon intends to award a contract for the furnishing, and delivery of 80 picnic tables. The solicitation number is AG-0489-S-10-0066. The procurement is considered to be a Commercial Item and is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. The North American Industry Classification System code is 321999 with a corresponding size standard of 500 employees. Upon delivery of the picnic tables, payment can be made by Purchase Order. The final quantity of picnic tables may vary based on prices quoted and dollars available. As a Federal Agency we do not pay State of local sales tax. This is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. DESCRIPTION OF TABLES: 8’ long heavy duty wood, universal access one end, seats and table tops are 4”x12” Douglas-fir painted with natural stain, legs and cross braces are treated, assembled with galvanized hardware. Tables should be fully assembled upon delivery. Desired delivery date is December 10, 2009 but April 1st 2010 will be acceptable. Points of contact for each delivery location will be giving to the awarded contractor. Tables will be delivered fully assembled. No partially assembled tables will be accepted. Tables shall be delivered to four different locations by quantity of 20s. Truck with lift gate needed. The locations are as followed: Location one: Delivered to Glacier Public Service Center, 1094 Mt. Baker Hwy, Glacier, WA 98244. Location two: Delivered to Verlot Public Service Center, 33515 Mountain Loop Highway, Granite Falls, WA 98252 Location three: Delivered to Snoqualmie Ranger Station, 902 SE North Bend Way, North Bend, WA 98045 Location four: Delivered to Boundary Creek Bone Yard, Mile 46 on Highway 410 east of Enumclaw, WA 98022 Contractors are required to be certified by the Small Business Association, registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and the Online Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA). Interested parties may submit a quote on the Schedule of Items form attached below. All quotations received by 04 December, 2009 by 4:00PM Pacific Time will be considered by the Government. Responses may be faxed to (503) 668-1621. This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued. The resulted Award under this combined Synopsis/Solicitation is being funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA).
