- W912P7-10-Q-0001-0001 (update) This acquisition is proceeding as a Competitive SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE, Request for Quotation (RFQ). This procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: 5660, SIC CODE: 1799, NAICS Code: 238990. The size standard for this code is $14,000,000 in average reciepts for the three most recent years. Please read the clauses and provisions in the solicitaion carefully. To the extent a clause or provision is incorporated by reference in this solicitaion, the full text can be found at: http://www.arnet.gov/far/ Estimated Cost Range is between $25,000 and $100,000. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Contractor must remove and properly dispose of all materials from existing fence surrounding Lake Mendocino headquarters, in accordance with all local, State and Federal laws and regulations. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and transportation necessary to replace Security Fencing and install gates at the Coyote Valley Dam / Lake Mendocino Project Headquarters, which is located in Ukiah, California. The government will not provide any materials or supplies. The contractor shall be responsible for all costs related to performing this contract and its successful completion. Further, the contractor shall be responsible for all materials, supplies, and equipment in his or her possession and is accountable for any loss, damage, or misuse. All work, materials, and equipment shall be subject to the control and approval of the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). All FRQs will be due no later than 04 December 2009 / 4:00 pm PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. Please submit RFQ's to the below stated contractual point of contact, Mr. James Hallman. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. ORDERING SOLICITATION: Plans and specifications will NOT be provided in hard paper copy or CD-ROM format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on a secure Government website known as FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) once the IFB is issued. Viewing/downloading documents from FedBizOpps will require prior registration in Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov).
