THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER: GS-23F-9755H RECOVERY-THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER GSA CONTRACT NO. GS-23F-9755H, PROGRAM ADVISOR/MANAGEMENT AND PROJECT CONTROL CONTRACT SUPPORT SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF THE ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT OFFICE, FORT WORTH DISTRICT. In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009, Pub. L. 111-5, the Government posts this special notice of intent to issue: The acquiring of professional and technical services in the execution of Project Management and Controls Support Services. This support includes, but is not limited to: planning, programming, managing, briefing, reporting, evaluating and analyzing tasks. The Contractor operating as an independent contractor and not as an agent of the Government. The Contractor will support the Project and Program Management functions of the ECSO providing support services for the Department of Homeland Security Program. The Customer shall furnish all personnel, plant, equipment, materials, supplies, management, facilities, and transportation necessary to accomplish the services required during the execution of the proposed work. The Contractor shall provide quality control as necessary to provide a maximum degree of accuracy, quality, completeness, and timely progress of the work. The Contractor shall deliver written materials and electronic data files in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Scope of Work. The Contractor shall provide Project Management and Advisor Support for design, environmental, and construction activities for assigned projects. The contractor will assure earned value reporting, as required by the customer, is incorporated in the prosecution of the assigned projects that meet earned value CBP earned value criteria.
