SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY: This is a Sources Sought request for information to be used for market research purposes, only. The Government is conducting market research to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy and potential set-asides. The Government is seeking responses from all businesses capable of performing the required services. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Responses to this announcement are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responses will not be used for evaluation in any resultant solicitation for this requirement. The government shall not be held responsible for any costs incurred in response to this sources sought announcement. Participation is strictly voluntary. Respondents should also note that the Government will not return any information submitted in response to this RFI. Respondents should not submit any proprietary information when responding to this RFI. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Ft. Stewart, GA, has an anticipated requirement for Religious Support Services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, and resources which are not specified as Government Furnished necessary to meet the task requirements listed herein. This service shall consist of providing Musicians, Choir Director, Catholic Parish Coordinators, Gospel Parish Coordinator, Youth Ministry Coordinators, and Childrens Ministry Coordinators. Services will be performed at various chapel locations at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, GA, for an anticipated base period of 1 January 2010 through 30 September 2010 with two (2), one (1) year options. a. There is a need for three (3) musicians, two (2) at Hunter Army Airfield and one (1) on Ft. Stewart. One musician at Hunter Army Airfield will, also, be responsible to act as the music/choir director. Musicians will be responsible for playing a piano/organ/keyboard during routine worship services, rehearsals, and special events. b. There is a need for two (2) Youth Ministry Coordinators, one (1) at Ft. Stewart and one (1) at Hunter Army Airfield. c. There is a need for two (2) Childrens Ministry Coordinators, one (1) at Ft. Stewart and one (1) at Hunter Army Airfield. d. There is a need for two (2) Catholic Parish Coordinators, one (1) at Ft. Stewart and one (1) at Hunter Army Airfield. e. There is a need for one (1) Gospel Parish Coordinator located at Ft. Stewart. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 813110 with a Small Business Size Standard of $7M. Other potential NAICS codes for this requirement are 561320, 561330 and 611699. Interested respondents should submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 10 pages in length, single spaced, 12 point font minimum) clearly demonstrating the firms ability to perform the services listed above. A generic capability statement is not acceptable. Please review the requirements listed below. At a minimum, the package shall address the following: 1. Title of the requirement, Company Name, Address, and POC. 2. Company profile to include number of employees, annual revenue history, office location(s), DUNS number/CAGE Code, and a statement regarding current small business status to include small business type(s)/certification(s) such as: SDB, 8a, HubZone, SDVOB, etc. 3. Prior/current corporate experience (private and/or government) performing efforts of similar size and scope within the last five years. Statements should describe the dollar value, indicate whether your firm acted as the prime or subcontractor, list a customer Point of Contact with phone number, and provide description of the experience and how the referenced experience relates to the services described herein. 4. Description regarding capability to meet personnel management requirements discussed above in support of Religious Support Services. 5. Your firms ability to perform at least 51% of the work. 6. Contractors are, also, encouraged to provide comments and suggestions to maximize the effectiveness of the anticipated solicitation and resulting contract.
