Description

RECOVERY - LSFO WINDMILL - SOLAR WELL CONVThe Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office, is soliciting for offers for the Recovery - Recovery LSFO Windmill, Solor Well Conv. The BLM will be converting three BLM owned water wells from windmills to solar power located at northwest of the town of Craig, Colorado and is defined as three separate wells. The estimate price of this project is between $25,000 and $50,000. A payment bond of 100% of the contract price will be required. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation, and register or update their registration at the Online Representation and Certification Application website at http://orca.bpn.gov. Site visit details will be posted in the solicitation. The solicitation will be advertised on or about December 4, 2009. Offers are due no later than January 4, 2010 and must be received no later than 5 pm MDT on January 4, 2010. Offers can be submitted in hard copy to BLM, 2850 Youngfield St., Lakewood CO 80215, or email to Chau_Nguyen@blm.gov, or submit electronically through FedConnect.net.
