THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE 57 PSC TASK ORDER CONTRACT VENDORS UNDER THE DEPARTMENTAL STRATEGIC SOURCING BPA. THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROCUREMENT. PURSUANT TO FAR 52.204-11, AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT - REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER BY JANUARY 1, 2010 AND FILE THEIR FIRST REPORT BY JANUARY 10, 2010, AT WWW.FEDERALREPORTING.GOV. THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES/ OFFICE FOR CIVIL RIGHTS THROUGH THE PROGRAM SUPPORT CENTER, HAS A REQUIREMENT TO PURCHASE THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES: For a HIPAA Compliance Audit Study This is an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act procurement. Pursuant to FAR 52.204-11, American Recovery and Reinvestment Act - Reporting Requirements. Contractors are required to register by January 1, 2010 and file their first report by January 10, 2010, at www.FederalReporting.gov.
