Description

RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY This opportunity is only available to contractors under the Michigan Service Center's existing IDIQ contracts for repair and alteration. The Request for Quote (RFQ) is for Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) Services for the modernization to the Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The scope of work to be accomplished includes replacing light fixtures, integrating various lighting system sensors and controls and programmed to a building automation system, providing daylight harvesting sensors, removing and replacing two air handling units, and replacing secondary exterior doors in the rear of the building. This opportunity is only available to the current contract holders. This is not a request for quotation. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code of 236220 and to Product Service Code (PSC) Z111.
