Description: The Bureau of Land Management, National Training Center (NTC), intends to issue a sole source IDIQ contract for digital satellite television transmission services for broadcast throughout the lower 48 states and Alaska using a digital satellite transmission system. The vendor will be provided BLM broadcast signals for transmission via direct broadcast quality fiber feed from NTC studios in Phoenix, Arizona. Intended source is DISH Network. Market research has indicated that this is the only available source. All responsible sources that think they can satisfy this requirement may submit a capability statement that will be considered by this agency.
