Description

This letter validates the need to utilize one source for compatibility and cost savings to the Government. Sole Source Notification Purchase and installation of an Analytical Probe Station for the Air Force Institute of Technology, AFIT/ENP, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. NAICS Code 334513 and Size Standard 500 employees. This is a Sole Source procurement. This Synopsis is published for informational purposes only. Solicitation documents are not available. This proposed contract action is for procurement and installation of a commodity for which the Government intends to solicit and negotitate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. The proposed source is Lucas Signatone Corporation, 393-J Tomkins Court, Gilroy CA 95020. This notice of intent is not a request for competitve quotation however; a determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government.
