- This notice is to advise all prospective schedule holders that GSA has received a request for a Blanket Purchase Agreement that will consist of Firm Fixed Price and Labor Hours, awarded under 69 Training from Airforce Global Support Center (AFGLSC), Robins AFB, Georgia. Devevelopment of TRAINING AIDS & DEVICES, INSTRUCTOR-LED TRAINING; COURSE DEVELOPMENT; TEST ADMINISTRATION are some of the requirements that may be utilized under this BPA. Schedule holders that GSA has received a request for a Supply Chain disciplines/functions such as management analyst and subject matter experts for courseware development, instruction, and associated metrics reporting are required to effectively support the Workforce Development initiatives of the Air Force Global Support Center (AFGLSC), which is located at Robins AFB, GA. The BPA is for global logistic support for Training which includes: for Supply Chain Management (SCM), networking logistics experts from around the AF together to link wholesale and retail logistics, as well as integrate and oversee all logistic processes and training development, technology and resources to deliver end-to-end war fighter support with increased velocity and at reduced cost. AFGLSC performs three primary functions: Supply Chain (SC) Planning and Execution (448 SCMW), SC Operations (635 SCMW), and SC Strategy and Integration (591 SCMG). AFGLSC is currently engaged in many long term SC transformation efforts to include Workforce Development. The Workforce Development vision is to provide a professional competency-based workforce poised to successfully execute leading-edge supply chain processes and achieve eLog21 goals. The desired period of performance is 15 January 2009 through 14 January 2014. All interested 69 Training-MOBIS holders are invited to email Rakaia.Jackson@gsa.gov no later than 4:00 PM EST 25 November 2009. The Government will request quotes for this task order utilizing the IT Solutions Shop (ITSS) Web-based Order Processing System using the Alliant Small Business GWAC. The RFQ will be released no later than 11 December 2009.
